Registration and Acceptance
The User can register and request procedures from the website www.evisatravellers.com. By making a request, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to pay the charges corresponding to the selected service.

Use of the Service
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for the legitimate use of the contracted services. The contract begins with the request and ends when the procedure is completed or canceled.

Payment
The total amount is paid in advance. The User can save their payment method for future requests and can delete it at any time from their panel.

User Obligations
The User agrees to use the service legally, without causing damage or making fraudulent use. eVisaTravellers may suspend the service in case of misuse.

Warranties and Limitations
No additional warranties are offered beyond those established by applicable law. The availability and result of the procedures depend on public bodies and third parties.

Early Termination
eVisaTravellers may terminate the contract early if the User breaches the terms described herein.

Right of Withdrawal
The User may withdraw their request within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting, provided that the procedure has not been initiated before the corresponding body.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the city where the company is located.
